During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel provided fresh filtered water in the fridge every day. It was such a nice touch and saved me from having to buy bottled water. The location of the hotel was also a key highlight. It was situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was also just a short walk away from popular attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the noise level outside the hotel. Being located in a bustling area meant that the evenings and nights could get quite loud, especially due to the nearby bars.

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk from the Christmas market and the Grand Place, and also near a metro stop. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel staff were helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day.
The open-plan bathroom was not very private, with the bathtub near the bed.
